OUR STORY
Transpose Health was founded by Mike Yanagisawa, who was an Epic TS and expert in pharmacy data migrations. He's seen firsthand how hard it is to adopt a new software system through countless Willow Ambulatory go-lives, both domestic and abroad.
He founded Transpose Health because he believes data conversion can be -- and should be -- a seamless experience. He's helped hospitals through many data conversion escalations, and looks forward to using his expertise to guide you through common pitfalls and best practices.

OUR PROCESS
We partner with you from day one to ensure your data conversion goes smoothly. Our process starts with a discovery session, where we identify risk areas and timelines for go-live. We then move to the validation phase, testing the conversions within our proprietary testing suite and then alongside your clinicians. For go-live, we'll be there for you nights and weekends to ensure your conversion is a success.
