Transpose Health's founder, Mike Yanagisawa, spent almost a decade on the Willow Ambulatory team at Epic Systems, watching new pharmacy implementations struggle through data migrations. With Transpose Health, he's building the data conversion company that he'd want to work with.

Founder & CEO
Michael Yanagisawa
Mike Yanagisawa spent almost a decade on the Willow Ambulatory (outpatient pharmacy) team at Epic Systems. While at Epic, he's built unmatched expertise in outpatient pharmacy: he's been on over 50 go-lives, developed thousands of lines of code, and streamlined the pharmacy data conversion process at Epic. He's set out to build the company he wished to work with at Epic. He also holds a MS in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is pursuing an MBA at Yale School of Management.
