Our team specializes pharmacy data conversions into Epic's Willow Ambulatory, based on nearly a decade of experience. Our data conversion engine also processes prescription, coverage, and patient conversions, as well as more unique files (like ORT files). We partner with you from day one through go-live to ensure your data conversion goes smoothly.
Data Archiving
We've partnered with other former Epic R&D experts to build a state-of-the-art data archiving platform to house your legacy data. Our software platform is vendor-neutral and SOC-2 Type II certified.

Transpose Health's founder, Mike Yanagisawa, spent almost a decade on the Willow Ambulatory team at Epic Systems, watching new pharmacy implementations struggle through data migrations. With Transpose Health, he's building the data conversion company that he'd want to work with.

Founder & CEO
Michael Yanagisawa
Mike Yanagisawa spent almost a decade on the Willow Ambulatory (outpatient pharmacy) team at Epic Systems. While at Epic, he's built unmatched expertise in outpatient pharmacy: he's been on over 50 go-lives, developed thousands of lines of code, and streamlined the pharmacy data conversion process at Epic. (Many of the tools he wrote at Epic are still used to this day!) He's set out to build the company he wished to work with at Epic with Transpose Health, and he developed the core conversion engine for the company. He holds a MS in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
